Training Coordinator

eMarketing Egypt is looking for Training Coordinator with the following qualifications:

– Very Good in English Language, presentable, attention to details, excellent communication skills.
– Knowledge of MS. Office applications (mainly MS. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint).
– Problem Solving
– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
– 1-2 years of experience

Main Responsibilities:
– Welcome visitors and answer their requests in a professional manner.
– Organize training sessions
– Communicating and follow up with the customers for each training order to inform them with courses scheduled dates.
– Responsible for the preparation issues of every training rounds, following things needs to be prepared (Material, Agenda, registration, evaluation, certificate).
– Provide feedback and reports to management
Communicate with customers and solving their issues
– Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution.
