– Very Good in English Language, presentable, attention to details, excellent communication and organizational skills.
– 1 year minimum experience in tele sales or any similar position
– Knowledge of MS. Office applications (mainly MS. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint).
– Active listening.
– Punctuality in time.
– A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette.

– Prospect for new leads through different channels.
– Contact potential or existing customers to convince them with our services.
– Follow-up on sales inquiries via phone and/or email.
– Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
– Enter and update customer information in the database.
– Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
– Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
